I love these classes to get me up and out working on specific muscle groups that I may not have worked on otherwise. As we age, we need to keep all of our muscles toned so that they will recover better and last longer ?. We all need that extra push. It’s good to see the girls too; some people I wouldn’t have run into otherwise. These classes promote camaraderie too.
I appreciate the way Candy’s classes encourage all levels of fitness in working toward better health. She is clear in her instruction, cheers us on, challenges us and makes it fun. There is variety in her classes with a combination of strength training, flexibility and balance which I have personally benefitted from greatly.
Candy, is very detailed in all classes she teaches. She makes sure all know different levels of each class. She is most definitely a hands on trainer.
