How To Practice
Yoga Nidra

Yoga nidra is a guided meditation practice that you can do from the comfort of your own space. Here’s how to get started:

Quiet Space

Find a quiet, comfortable place where you won't be disturbed. You can practice on your bed, a couch, or on the floor with a yoga mat.

Resting Position

Lie down on your back, reclined, or seated. Find the best position for your body that allows you to achieve the most comfort.

Props

If accessible, use any props which support you. Examples include: Blanket, pillows (under head and/or legs), earbuds, eye-pillows, etc.

Press Play

Select any meditation from our library and press play. You'll be guided through the entire practice.
