I bring 27 years of clinical healthcare experience together with specialized training in strength, yoga, and Pilates to create a system that works for your whole body. BoneFit trained™ through the Bone Health and Osteoporosis Foundation, I understand bone health from the inside out, and I’ve built a method that combines science-backed training with the body wisdom that makes results last.

The Blueprint includes:

Fun AND Challenging

I love these classes to get me up and out working on specific muscle groups that I may not have worked on otherwise. As we age, we need to keep all of our muscles toned so that they will recover better and last longer ?. We all need that extra push. It’s good to see the girls too; some people I wouldn’t have run into otherwise. These classes promote camaraderie too.

I spent 27 years in clinical healthcare working with cancer patients, and one thing became clear: the women with strong bodies and consistent routines handled everything life threw at them with more resilience and confidence. That’s what I wanted to give every woman I worked with.

I’m a certified personal trainer, BoneFit trained™ through the Bone Health and Osteoporosis Foundation, and a certified yoga and Pilates instructor. I’m also a strong, active grandmother who lives what I teach every single day. The Better Bones Blueprint is built on everything I’ve learned in those 27 years, and it works.
