I’m Candy Price, a personal trainer and mind-body teacher with a healthcare background. For nearly thirty years, I worked alongside cancer patients, and one pattern stood out again and again: the women who had strong routines and healthy habits met life’s hardest moments with more resilience and confidence.
That’s the gap I wanted to close. Western medicine is excellent at treating disease, but it rarely teaches us how movement and lifestyle build the resilience we need long before disease shows up. So I brought my clinical background together with everything I’ve learned as a NASM certified personal trainer, BoneFit trained through the Bone Health and Osteoporosis Foundation, and a certified yoga and Pilates instructor.
Every woman’s journey is unique, but one thing is true for all of us: your body adapts when you train it. Your bones, muscles, and balance respond to consistent, safe, progressive work, at any age and any starting point. I’m here to help you build that strength and capacity now, before life demands it. Stronger. Steadier. Confident. That’s the goal, and it’s one I live every day as a strong, active grandmother who’s proof that strength has no age limit.

My Journey
From Healthcare Professional to Personal Trainer
My story begins in clinical healthcare, working directly with cancer patients for more than two decades. I saw both the life-saving power and the real limits of conventional medicine. Western medicine treats disease, but it rarely teaches how lifestyle and movement build long-term resilience. That gap became my calling.
Fitness has always been part of my life, from strength training and running to mountain biking, hiking, and every kind of movement class you can imagine. When I needed support for my own health, yoga gave me mental clarity and helped me manage stress. Pilates showed me what intentional movement does for posture, core strength, and body awareness. I became a lifelong student of health, nutrition, Ayurveda, alignment, meditation, and breathwork.
For the past several years, I’ve worked in person every day with women improving their bone density, strength, and balance. I’ve taken everything that works in that room and built it into The Better Bones Blueprint, an online program designed to help women stay strong, independent, and free, at every age.
