How Does it Work?

  • Library of 30-40 minute classes, with a new class added every week!
  • Beginner/Senior Focused.

What Classes are Offered?

  • Strength Training! Get stronger and improve bone density.
  • Standing Yoga Flow! Improve flexibility and reduce stress.
  • Chair Yoga! Learn yoga poses with the support of a chair.
  • Pilates! Strengthen your core and improve your posture.

What Do I Need?

  • Total Body Strength - Hand weights or dumbbells, 2-8 pounds usually works best. Water bottles or soup can work too! Athletic shoes.
  • Yoga - Mat or blanket.
  • Chair Yoga - A chair.
  • Pilates - A mat or blanket.
  • ALL CLASSES - Comfortable clothing, water, and
  • BE SURE TO BRING YOUR CAN-DO ATTITUDE!!

Which class should I try first?

  • Chair Yoga is perfect if you have never worked out or if it has been a long time. It is also great for people with mobility issues.
  • Standing Yoga is good for those that want to improve their flexibility, balance, and stress levels while in a standing position.
  • Pilates is done on the mat and is great for improving core and leg strength.
  • Total Body Strength is a great, well-rounded workout! It builds strength, gets your heart pumping, and improves stamina.

Total Body Strength

Looking to build muscle, burn calories, and get a full body work out in 30 minutes? This is the class for you! I have taught a variation of this class for years, and it is always everyone's favorite! We mix it up with light, low-impact movements, strength training, stretching, and balance! All you need are light hand weights (dumbbells) or you can use water bottles or soup cans or start, or no resistance at all!
