45 Minute Strength Workout!
Are you looking for a workout that will burn calories, build muscle, and improve bone density? This is an excellent class for you. This 45 minute total body class will get your heart pumping with light cardio and strength building. We target all the major muscle groups in a standing position and finish up on the mat. Hand weight (dumbbells) are needed for the exercises.
