Hello May!

May! Such a beautiful time of year! With the return of green growth, bright sunshine, and warm temps, I become excited about all the upcoming activities. One of my favorite things to look forward to is the season of fresh produce! My tomatoes are growing quite nicely while being nourished by the warmth in my greenhouse. They will soon be placed in the warm soil for their season of growth in my kitchen garden. Can you hear the excitement in my voice about vine-ripened tomatoes?

What will you grow this season? Vegetables, flowers, herbs? I wish you a season of health, happiness, and growth!

Yoga Lesson:

Did you know there is so much more to yoga than just physical practice? Specifically, the study of yoga is the art and science of healthy living. The word 'Yoga' originates from the Sanskrit root 'Yuj', meaning 'to join' or 'to yoke' or 'to unite'. Furthermore, there are eight ‘limbs’ to the Yoga Sutras, each describing a different component of the yoga practice. They are commonly called the Eight Limbs of Yoga.

I plan on diving deeper into articles related to these aspects of yoga practice. Stay tuned! In the meantime, check out some of the yoga articles below.
