Ingredients

old fashioned oats
whole grain
¾

walnuts and/or pecans
or other type of nuts, crushed

dried cranberries and/or raisins

apples
chopped

tbsp
hemp, flax, and/or sunflower seeds
or any mix of seeds of your choice

fresh coconut flakes

ground cinnamon
to taste

nutmeg

allspice
to taste

coconut oil
melted

tbsp
honey
to taste
Instructions
Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Chop the apples, add them to the dry ingredients
Add the spices and mix well.
Add the melted coconut oil and honey to the mixture and stir well.
Spread the mixture evenly on a cookie sheet (use parchment paper for easy clean-up)
Bake in a preheated oven at 350℉ for 40-45 minutes or until lightly browned.
