Ingredients

  • ¼ cup olive oil light or extra virgin
  • 2-2½ tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey local, raw
  • ½ tbsp lemon juice approximately ¼ lemon
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • coarse salt and ground pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients. Mix or whisk vigorously and serve.
  • Refrigerate leftover dressing for up to two weeks. Mix well before each use.
