Final Thoughts
Salads! I realize not everyone gets excited about eating salad. Personally, it is one of my favorite meals, and I actually miss it if I go several days without one. However, I believe anyone can become a salad lover if the ingredients are right. Experiment with your bowl of healthy goodness! Leafy greens, sweet fruits, and added texture from nuts and seeds can make a salad very exciting for the palate. Additionally, dousing it generously with a fresh fall-inspired dressing loaded with flavor is like adding the cherry on top!
