Pilates: A Powerful Exercise For Women Over 40

Recently, I pursued additional training and became certified as a Pilates instructor.  This training will help me in my daily work as an adaptive fitness instructor.  In this article we will explore the many benefits of Pilates and how you can easily add it to your workout arsenal!

pilates certificationTechnology has opened the door to online adult learning.  Due to our busy lives, receiving training virtually is often the best option.  I have received much of my training through online training and self-study.  Obtaining my Pilates certificate was no exception.
