Easy Salsa Recipe

- 1.5 pounds tomatoes fresh, vine-ripe
- 1/2 med onion roughly chopped
- 2-3 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 1-2 whole jalapeno peppers finely diced w/o seeds
- 1 large handful cilantro freshly chopped leaves and stems
- ¾ whole lime juiced
- 1 pinch cumin to taste
- sea salt to taste
Add all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until desired consistency. Be careful not to overprocess.
If you like your salsa chunky top with rough chopped tomatoes and cilantro for added texture.
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or overnight prior to serving. Store leftovers in a airtight container for approximately 1 week.
