Hello Summer!

Summer! Long days full of sunlight, warmth, and activity! The Summer Solstice, also called midsummer or Estival Solstice, will arrive on Wednesday, June 21st. Marking the Earth's maximum tilt towards the sun in the Northern Hemisphere.

Interesting enough, International Yoga Day also falls on the first day of summer. For this reason, I will be offering a guided meditation from my greenhouse to celebrate the Summer Solstice along with International Yoga Day. This will be posted on my website as well as my social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube on Wednesday, June 21st. If you are interested in the meditation, visit my website the first day of summer, June 21st, and enjoy the free, recorded offering!

Thank you for being a part of my blog and I hope you all have many exciting plans for the summer season!

“May the Long Time Sun Shine Upon You, All Love Surround You, and the Pure Light within you, guide your way on.”
