An Icy Morning at Looking Glass Falls, Pisgah Forest, NC

Make it a December to Remember!

How in the world is it December already?!? I guess the old adage rings true! The older you get, the faster it goes! Then again, maybe it had a little to do with the November I had!

November brought me a time for a much-needed pause. I often say we should listen to our bodies. That lesson hit me right in the gut a few weeks ago. I found myself admitted to the hospital for emergency gallbladder surgery. Without a doubt, a stay in the hospital will rattle you a bit. However, I am happy to report, I am feeling so much better.

November also brought much success! For example, my episode on the Grounded Podcast with The Vertigo Doctor, aka Dr. Madison Oak, aired and was well received. My work creating adaptive yoga, Pilates, and meditative practices for Vestibular Group Fit brings me so much joy! Be sure to tune in to the podcast, especially if you have an interest in learning more about vertigo, dizziness, and vestibular disorders.

I hope you had an enjoyable Thanksgiving holiday. I would also like to wish you a beautiful December full of get-togethers, holiday meals, and festivities!

Once again, thank you so much for being a part of my passion project, my blog!

See you in The New Year!
