Plunging Into July!

Cookouts! Swimming Holes! Fireworks!

July is the time to be outside! Sunshine and warmth surround us! Hopefully you are spending as much time as possible enjoying all things summer!

Cold water plunging is one of my favorite summer activities. Living in Western NC with an abundance of fresh water swimming holes is a plus! I realize cold mountain water is not for everyone. However, submerging ourselves in water is very grounding and healing. If you get the change this summer, be sure to take a dip or two in a lake, ocean, stream, or pool. Take a few moments to notice the effects the water has on your body, mind and spirit!

Enjoy all the gifts that July brings! Including the fruits which bramble along the dirt path, they are the Sweetest!
