I'm Candy Price
I’m Candy Price, a personal trainer and mind-body teacher with a clinical healthcare background. For nearly thirty years, I worked with cancer patients and saw how strong routines and healthy habits help people face challenges with greater resilience and confidence.
For the past several years, I’ve worked closely with older adults who want to feel stronger, steadier, and more confident in their bodies. Your body adapts when you train it. Bones, muscles, and balance respond to consistent, smart movement. I’m here to help you build that capacity now, so you can keep doing the things you love for years to come.

Fun AND Challenging
I love these classes to get me up and out working on specific muscle groups that I may not have worked on otherwise. As we age, we need to keep all of our muscles toned so that they will recover better and last longer ?. We all need that extra push.
