Consent, Participation Agreement, and Terms of Service
Thank you for choosing to participate in wellness services, programs, and/or classes with Candy Price. Please read this agreement carefully before enrolling or participating. By registering or attending, you agree to the following terms.
1. Voluntary Participation
All participation in my offerings — including but not limited to wellness classes, yoga, Pilates, strength training, mobility, meditation, workshops, and private sessions — is entirely voluntary. You may stop at any time.
2. Health Acknowledgment
You confirm that you are physically capable of participating in wellness activities and have no medical conditions preventing safe participation. You assume full responsibility for your health and safety at all times.
3. Not Medical Advice
All content is for educational and wellness purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician or healthcare provider before starting any new fitness or wellness program.
4. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
You accept all risks associated with participation and release Candy Price, her instructors, contractors, and affiliates from any liability or claims that may arise from your participation.
5. Privacy and Communication
We collect your name, email, and any information you voluntarily provide in order to deliver services and communicate updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. View our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Billing, Payments, and Commitment Terms
For paid programs, classes, or packages, you agree to the payment terms provided at the time of purchase. You understand that:
Payment plans, if offered, must be completed in full; early cancellation is not permitted.
Access will remain active for the duration of your purchase or plan and will end automatically after that period.
Payments are non-refundable and cannot be paused or deferred.
It is your responsibility to review all details before enrolling.
7. Digital Product Access and No Refund Policy
Upon payment, you receive immediate access to any included digital content. Because digital products and services cannot be returned, all sales are final. Refunds or chargebacks are not permitted.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials — including videos, recordings, documents, and written content — are the property of Candy Price. You may not copy, record, distribute, or reuse content without written permission.
9. Media & Marketing Consent
By signing up, you grant permission for the use of your likeness, comments, or testimonials in social media, marketing, or promotional materials related to this program. No compensation will be provided for the use of such content, and you release the site owners and instructors from any claims related to its use.
10. Community Conduct and Access
I reserve the right to revoke access to any program or class if a participant engages in disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful behavior. Please help maintain a safe, supportive environment.
11. Consent Confirmation
By registering, purchasing, or participating, you confirm that:
You have read and agree to these terms.
You understand that there are no refunds once services or digital access have been provided.
You agree to participate voluntarily and responsibly.
You are 18 years of age or older.

Media

Who we share your data with
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
