My sessions are centered around improving health, strength, balance, and more through functional movements. I believe the best way to work the body is by working with the body! My approach is multilayered. I am a certified personal trainer through NASM, in addition to being a certified 200 hour yoga teacher. I like to combine traditional strength building movements with yogic style stretching and breathing techniques. This approach can offer the individual more strength, mobility, balance, and confidence.
