My Method: The Better Bones Blueprint

I blend 20+ years of healthcare experience with specialized training in strength, yoga, and Pilates to create movement that speaks to all of who you are.  I combine science-backed training with body wisdom.

My Approach:

  • Strengthen bones & muscles through safe, progressive strength training
  • Improve balance & stability to reduce fall risk
  • Calm your nervous system with yoga and restorative practices
  • Build resilience inside & out  physical, emotional, and energetic

Fun AND Challenging

I love these classes to get me up and out working on specific muscle groups that I may not have worked on otherwise. As we age, we need to keep all of our muscles toned so that they will recover better and last longer ?. We all need that extra push. It’s good to see the girls too; some people I wouldn’t have run into otherwise. These classes promote camaraderie too.
