Needing some calm in your life? A free gentle yoga class might be just what the doctor ordered!
After practicing yoga for years I have learned that it is an incredible tool during times of change and transition. That’s why I’m offering a free virtual gentle yoga class on January 20th, 2025.
Peace Within: A Calming Yoga Experience is designed for every body and every level of experience. In my time teaching, I’ve learned that the most powerful practices often come from the simplest movements, done with awareness and care. Whether you’re new to yoga or have a long-standing practice, this 40-minute session will guide you through accessible movements that help release tension and create space for tranquility.
What Can You Expect?
We’ll begin with gentle breathing exercises to center ourselves, followed by subtle stretches that wake up the body without overwhelming it. I’ll offer modifications for every pose – something I’ve become passionate about through working with students of all ages and abilities. This practice will meet you where you are.
Together, we’ll flow through peaceful stretches for the neck and shoulders (where so many of us hold stress), explore gentle twists to refresh the spine, and practice standing poses that help us feel stable and grounded. We’ll close with a relaxing meditation that you can carry with you throughout your day.

What Do You Need?
All you need is comfortable clothing, a quiet space where you can move freely, and either a yoga mat or carpet. Props like blocks or blankets are welcome but not necessary – I’ll show you how to modify the practice for your body. Sign up below and I will send you an easy to access link for the class.
