Final Thoughts

Years ago, I began experimenting with concocting my own salad dressings and sauces.  Without a doubt, my love for fresh veggies and my salad addiction, encouraged my hunt for alternatives to processed bottled dressings. In fact, it has become a passion of mine to find the perfect mixture of fresh ingredients loaded with nutrition without losing flavor.

In summary, I encourage you to rethink the mass-produced dressings and sauces and make your own.  This is an easy habit that can bring about more health and happiness!
