15 Minute Yoga Practice to Support You All Day!
Can a 15 minute yoga practice really make a difference in your day? Absolutely! A Daily yoga practice is an excellent habit to implement into your life!
Carving out a few minutes daily for self-care is an act of self-love. Offering a few minutes of self-love to ourselves will reward us with improved physical and mental health. Continue reading to see how this 10 minute yoga practice can support you all day!
Who is This Practice For?
This yoga practice is designed with the beginner in mind. As a result, the movements are straightforward and easy to perform. Likewise, everyone should be able to enjoy this practice and find the movements beneficial for their bodies. That being said, always listen to your body and respect your limitations, as you know your body best.
When designing this class, I tried to think like a beginner student. Specifically, a student who had very limited experience with yoga. Therefore, I decided this class would be best completed in a standing position only. That way, students with limitations around getting on the floor would feel at ease. Beginners, seniors, and people with physical limitations should find this yoga class very straightforward and beneficial. Learn more about standing yoga in my blog article Here.
What to Expect From a 15 Minute Yoga Practice?
Oftentimes, it is easy to believe that a 15 minute yoga practice is not long enough to offer benefits to our bodies. However, this is a limiting belief that is just not true. Moving the body, no matter the length of time, always offers beneficial results for our wellbeing. Therefore, I challenge you to practice this 15 minute yoga session or maybe another short offering for several days in a row and see if you notice a difference in how you feel.

Details of this 15 Minute Supportive Yoga Practice
While designing a short and sweet yoga session, I wanted to squeeze in as many stretchy, standing movements as possible. For this reason, this offering quickly moves into the physical movements of the poses. Expect to see a short settling in at the beginning of the session, followed by a simple full body flow. Similarly, the short flow will conclude with a brief session of breathwork.
In conclusion, the goal of the offering is to provide a brief session that will cover all the bases and benefit the physical, mental, and emotional bodies. For more of my yoga offerings click this LINK and/or subscribe to my YOUTUBE Channel.
